          Scott-Moncrieff was born in March 1954[1] in Aldershot, Hampshire. She was educated at Guildford College.

          She studied Law at the University of Kent from 1972 to 1975.[2] She attended the College of Law, Guildford, at the University of Law.[3]

          Career

          Scott-Moncrieff qualified in 1978.
